We want you and your pet to be completely 
happy with your JooJeo purchase. If you're 
not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery 
to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we 
will notify you by email. If approved, your 
refund will be processed within 5-7 business 
days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, 
contact us immediately at hello@joojeo.com 
with a photo. We will send a replacement or 
full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items on sale
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective 
or damaged. Email us at hello@joojeo.com 
to arrange an exchange.
